This section was created to answer some of the most frequently asked questions about our removable vinyl decals. If you don’t find the answers you are looking for, please contact us.

Q: What is vinyl wall quotes and graphics?

A: Vinyl wall quotes and graphics are all pre-spaced, pre-pasted designs that are easily transferred onto your wall or most other surfaces for an easy to use, hand-stenciled appearance on your walls.  These are not decals that have a clear plastic surrounding your design, but rather have been individually cut out and spaced ready for use.

Q: What surfaces can these vinyl decals be applied to?

A: Our vinyl wall decals can be applied to most surfaces, most commonly used are painted drywall, doors, windows, wood, ceramic tile, metal, or porcelain surfaces.  If you are unsure of a surface, just contact us and we’d be happy to discuss it with you.

Q: How do I remove vinyl art decals from my walls?

A: With just a blow dryer, tweezers (or a longer fingernail) vinyl can be peeled off your surface after heating.  For more detailed instructions about the process, please refer to our Application and Removal page.

Q: I have a specific phrase that I would like done in vinyl, can this be made pre-spaced and ready to use?

A: Absolutely.  We offer custom design work for your specific needs, just visit our custom page, and submit a request for design and we will begin working on your custom design.

Q: Are the colours that are on the website the exact colour of the vinyl that I will receive?

A: Because everybody has their computer monitor settings adjusted slightly different, we cannot guarantee that the colour that you are seeing on your display is accurate to the colour that we have listed, though they are typically a very close match.  We have provided a Pantone colour match for these reasons, but if you are still unsure, please contact us and request a sample of the vinyl used sent to you.

Q: I do not like ordering online with my credit card, what other options do I have?

A: Give us a call and we can process your credit card through our office without having to input your information online, or you can place your order and send us a cheque, though this will result in a longer processing time for your order.

Q: After I place my order, how long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: Shipping times will vary based on your location, but each order is shipped no later than 5 business days after receipt of payment, with typical shipping an average of 2-4 business days.  You can also pick up your order in Mission BC if you are local to the area.  For more information on shipping, please refer to our shipping/returns policies.
